Lynden Noon Kiwanis is involved by way of financial and volunteer time donations to many community and youth service projects including but not limited to:
Development of the Nooksack Family Resource Center
The Lynden Noon Kiwanis group is helping to establish the Nooksack Family Resource Center which will help to provide items such as shoes and clothing to the most vulnerable east county residents. Funds have been approved to purchase clothing ranks and storage totes to organize items to be displayed for those who may need them. The Impact Key Club has also been assisting in getting the space cleaned up and organized. Be watch for the Resource Center’s opening coming soon . . .
Lynden Youth Pantry
Lynden High School, with the help of starter funds, a storage cabinet and a mini frig from Lynden Noon Kiwanis, helps to provide snacks, hygiene products and basic clothing to students in need by way of the newly installed Lynden Youth Pantry. Donations to stock the pantry are accepted. Stocked items include but are not limited to as:
Snacks/Ready-Made Food
Deordorant
Razors/Shave Gel
Toothbrushes/toothpaste
Shampoo/Conditioner
Body Wash/Body Wipes
Pads/Tampons
Combs/Brushes
Hand Lotion/Sanitizer

Lynden Noon Kiwanis – Supporting Meridian High School Production of The Little Mermaid
Lynden Noon Kiwanis were happy to support the Meridian High School’s Drama Department as they work to produce The Little Merdian. Our donation helped to provide needed staging to make this and future plays at Meridian successful. We so look forward to seeing the upcoming production take life and wish Meridian School many triumphant years!
